Why I created this course.

After working in human resources for more than 20 years, and as a consultant for the last 10, there is one question I am asked more than any other.  How do I move to the next level in my HR career? But over the years, I have seen a few factors show up again and again for HR professionals who do get promoted. You need a clear plan. Promotions are rarely accidental. I see many smart, hardworking HR professionals doing solid work year after year, adding responsibilities and building skills, yet still feeling stuck or overlooked.
